ICM processes career profile data, resumes, job evaluations, interview prep sessions, and related account activity to provide AI-assisted career guidance.

Data we process

• Account information (name, email)
• Profile, resume, and assessment data you provide
• Job search activity, evaluations, and learning progress
• Optional messages (encrypted at rest on our servers)

AI and third-party processors

Selected features send data to third-party AI and infrastructure providers (e.g. OpenRouter for language models, Deepgram for voice, Tavily for web search, job board scrapers for listings). Do not submit data you are not permitted to share with these processors. Signup requires explicit consent to this AI processing.

Your controls

• Manage college visibility under Workspace → Privacy
• Download a copy of your data via GET /api/account/export (signed-in members)
• Request erasure via DELETE /api/account with password confirmation (signed-in members)
